Test Case #1

Purpose:

Verify:

1. The Sim Manager can be launched with a script filename provided on the command line.
2. The Sim Manager GUI appears.
3. The script filename appears in the title bar.
4. The incident names appear in the Incident Management panel.
5. The status displays "Ready".
6. The system clock shows "0:00:00"
7. The Start button is enabled and the Pause button is disabled.
