Quickmap is readonly. CADMS is interactive. If Quickmp had sign control, ramp metering control, and notifications, CADMS wouldn't be needed. They have a vague idea of ATMS integrated with Activity Log. Could we make CPTMS interactive? Step 1: read live data.
