This release has just a few new features and a restructuring of the config files.

• EI Notebook has instructor ratings
• Unified Logger has HAR messages
• Coordinator outputs simulation start/pause/stop messages to CADcomments so they appear in Unified Log.
• config files renamed. Removed 'config' from the name of numerous files because they are in the config folder so it's redundant. Prefix log properties with 'logging'. Prefix test data with 'test'.
• config file documentation. Added a README file to the folder. Added inline documentation to several key files.
• CAD Server - #160,
• Simulation Manager - Changed folder name to Scenarios (was 'scripts').
• CAD Client - Login dialog enhanced to display a drop down box with student names.
