How to install TMC Simulator

On a development machine checkout the TMC Simulator trunk from the SVN repo.

Open the project in NetBeans?.

Clean and Build.

Run Test Project and confirm any failed tests aren't system problems.

Run the build target: package-jars

While connected to the TMC lab LAN open a network connection to STORAGE.
