CMS Message Edit Dialog

Description

Revise the way CMS messages are edited. Use a dialog box or form that is a simple variation of the dialog used in ATMS. Skip the Preview field. Use three text fields for msg input. Click "Send" button to show in display panel. "Blank" button clears the display panel. Each line's text gets centered when put in display. "Clear" button clears the input fields. Form should include CMS ID and location. See attached image from ATMS.
