CAD Server crashes running "triangle"

Description

During the training in Feb the ATMS highway map froze about 3/4 through the simulation.  The console displayed the error msg in the screenshot attached.  I'm pretty sure what went wrong is that the traffic events file contained data that was outside the reduced "triangle" we had configured for the session.
