Can we add a "layer" to the Google Map with static locations of where Incidents occur in this scenario?

This should be available only to instructors in the control room.

Since only instructors should be able to see this, there's probably not an easy way to integrate this into CPTMS without some kind of authentication or permissions. So it should probably be a separate application. So we'll just make a different map that contains only the incident locations as markers. The locations can even be hardcoded into the app.

With the refactored application structure, this is an easy task.  Changing to lower priority.

A prototype of this is now part of EI notebook. Closing this ticket and creating a new one to add the exact locations to the prototype.
