Can we do postmile popups in the Google Map?

Click on a dot to show a popup with the ID and Postmile of the dot, and perhaps traffic flow (or color) in each direction (and ideally each lane). Modelled after existing ATMS functionality. Two parts: Tooltip of just ID. Popup with detail of two directions.

I'm deferring this enhancement. We now have separate dots in each direction so we don't need the info window to distinguish them. The dots are colored, so we don't need text to describe traffic flow. And the dots have a "rollover" text when the mouse hovers to give the Postmile. I think that's adequate for now so an info window isn't immediately required.
