Enable Multiple Selection in Station panel and Loop Panel.

Move Time Frame Panel down to left of Traffic Lane Event display.

Put a box around Time Frame Panel to include the Add and Delete buttons,
so it's more obvious what panel those buttons apply to.

Do we need a way for user to specify direction? (N,S,E,W)?

""Preview Selected Station""  might be more explicit.
""Preview Entire Frame""  might be more explicit.

Maybe elaborate that ""preview"" means ""preview in ATMS Client"".
or ""SEND to ATMS Client"".

Maybe ""Add"" should be ""New"".

Application name should be in title bar.

Consider renaming application.  ""!BatchBuilder"" is kind of vague.
