Scriptbuilder: Events not added to incident when created by Event Editor menus.

Description

Steps to reproduce.
Create an incident and add an event.
Close the event editor and observe the event added to the incident.
Click on the event to reopen the editor. From the menu "Automated Data" choose "CAD Log". Observe a new tab appear. Close the event editor. Observe the CAD Log event is NOT added to the incident.
The output window shows the message: Could not create panel of type "CADLog"

I've been on the fence about whether or not to delete those dropdown menus from the event editor. Please let me know if you'd rather I keep them; I have a feeling I know how this bug works and it shouldn't be a terribly complicated fix (famous last words).
