EINotebook displays rating fields in Current Event tab

Description
Instructors should use the Simulation Script tab to enter ratings. However, the rating fields are also displayed in the Current Event tab, but if you try to modify them it quickly deletes them which the user finds very frustrating.
One solution is don't show the ratings fields on the Current Event tab. Another idea would be to show them but they are disabled.
