Loading "long" incidents to the Script only zooms out when a new incident is subsequently added.

Description

Incidents that require the ScriptBuilderFrame? to be zoomed out in order to see the entire script are only zoomed out when a subsequent new Incident is added to the script. When a "long" incident is added and there is no other incident added, then there is no zoom out.
