Description

We want a new application that runs when unifiedlogger is finished,
that takes incident script xml file, extracts the CAD_DATA DETAIL lines,
and merges them by simulation time into unifiedlog.csv and
puts the merged csv data into extended_unifiedlog.csv (under dynamic_data folder).
