Remove obsolete code from Visualizer

Description

Currently the Visualizer prototype is based on CPTMS and contains much code this is irrelevant to Visualizer. Remove unneeded modules (e.g., CMSlayer) and obsolete code.

Also, revise visualizer code to follow the project coding standard.

Also, change the label in the browser tab from "CPTMS Map" to "Visualizer"
