Fix change time to be saved by save button

Time editing through the Event Editor window is not intuitive. When a time is changed on the event, it (currently) must be applied with the enter button. To fix:
Change the onClose() of the window to the save and close button, have the window close cancel changes, and have the save and close change the time of the event with a dialog confirmation. Associated with ticket #21
