Description

Need location of incident (coordinates) in a separate map.

Modified the Maps tab in EINotebook to omit buttons and have two radio buttons to allow the user to alternate between Practice and Full scenario maps. Added the Practice Map. It links to a google map in jdalbey's MyMaps account, so perhaps this should be put someplace more permanent in the future.
Fixed in r427.
