HAR edit dialog title needs station ID

Description
Currently the title line of the HAR edit dialog shows:
HAR ID: HAR1 LOCATION: N 241 36.104 S/O 91
The 'HAR ID' is just a placeholder "HAR1" through "HAR5". The customer said it should display the "station ID". I don't know what that is or where we get it, but changing it requires simply updating the static json file
