156	Enhance CMS monitor to auto page through message list.	jdalbey	jdalbey	"We want the CMS monitor to run without user interaction.  So the app needs to display all the CMS messages without the user having to scroll down the page.  The app should be enhanced to automatically advance through all the messages, showing some fixed number of messages on each page and pausing the display for a certain number of seconds.  There should be a caption indicating which page is currently being displayed, e.g., ""Page 1 of 3"".     Make sure there is little or no ""flicker"" when the page changes.
