Description

Make it easier to change from practice to full script by just starting a different batch file.

Modify SimManager so the incident script can be provided externally to simplify testing. "autorun_practice.bat"

Added a bin folder and scripts for Linux and Windows to simplify system startup. Modified SimMgr? to read script name from command line arguments. Updated deploy directions on wiki.
