Save comments and evaluations from EI notebook

During a simulation run, the instructors will add comments and evaluations to the EInotebook web app. There should be some way to save these user inputs to a file at the completion of the simulation. Perhaps a popup dialog could appear when the elapsed time reaches the end of the script. Or just have a static "Save" button at the bottom of the page. The output should be formatted for easy of readability or printing.
