HAR message edit window needs formatting improvements

Description

Currently the HAR edit dialog has a HTML input field for text entry, but it is limited in length.  A long message can be entered, but will scroll right to left.  It would be nice if input was in a text area or something that could display the whole message.

The button labels point to the right, which no longer matches the layout.  Not sure the best fix for this.   Maybe reorganize entire layout?

Fixed the textbox sizes and overall layout in r400.
