Description

A new web application is desired, an electronic instructor notebook, to replace the currently printed binders used in the control room.  Check out the binders to see what is currently in use. Run the attached jar file to see a User Interface Prototype written in Swing.   A very rough implementation is available to start from, in the folder "uinotebook" in the project git repository.
