CMS Monitor needs styling for better readability

Description

Display needs to be readable by instructors in the control room from about six feet away.
Consider something like CalTrans? online tool:
 http://www1.dot.ca.gov/cwwp2/tools/showCMS.htm
Using the "scoreboard" font available in webapps/js folder.
