CMS Dialog disappears when map goes to "full screen".

Description

Open the map, display CMS icons. Click the "full screen" button. Click on a CMS icon, nothing happens. Click the "leave full screen" button, observe the cms dialog appears.

Solved by simply turning off the fullscreen control in google maps.  Use the browser F11 if you want full screen.  Fixed in r327.
